Boba-n-Chai is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bobaristas
& Rolled Ice Cream Makers to join our growing team. In this dual
role, you will prepare high-quality boba drinks and freshly made
rolled ice cream for our customers, ensuring every order is crafted
with care and precision. Responsibilities: Boba Drinks: Prepare,
mix, and serve a variety of boba tea drinks, flavored coconut
waters, and warm seasonal drinks. Rolled Ice Cream: Create rolled
ice cream with customized toppings and designs, maintaining quality
and presentation. Customer Service: Provide friendly, welcoming
service to every guest and address any inquiries or concerns.
Quality Control: Ensure all items meet presentation and taste
standards before serving. Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and
organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Inventory: Assist in stocking and inventory management of
ingredients and supplies. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a
team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts. Qualifications:
Experience: Prior experience as a barista, ice cream maker, or in a
food service role is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right
candidate! Customer Service Skills: Friendly, energetic, and
passionate about creating a great experience for every guest.
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow recipes and presentation
standards precisely. Multi-tasking: Comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service. Food
Safety: Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
