What You’ll Do: Lead from the Front: As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be hands-on with the team, ensuring smooth daily operations while jumping in and helping wherever needed (production, prep, dining, baking, and customer service). Manage Operations: Oversee the production line, maintain quality standards, and ensure the team is operating at peak performance.
