Job Description:
Aramark is seeking an Assistant Location Manager to oversee our
dynamic food and beverage operations, focusing on enhancing the
client experience and ensuring top-notch service delivery at one of
our prestigious locations. This role plays a critical part in
ensuring operational efficacy, staff leadership, and excellent
customer service, adhering to health and safety standards. The
ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and capable of
managing multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment. You will be
working closely with the Location Manager to implement strategies
that align with Aramark's commitment to excellence and innovation.
Assist the Location Manager in all facets of operation management
Supervise daily staff activities and manage work schedules Ensure
all food and beverages are presented and served in accordance with
company and client standards Handle budgeting, forecasting, and
P&L responsibilities Implement and maintain compliance with all
health and safety regulations Conduct regular staff meetings and
training sessions Resolve customer issues and maintain high
satisfaction levels Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Strong leadership and people management Excellent communication and
organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain
calm under pressure Knowledge of food service operations and health
regulations Budget management and cost control abilities
Problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude Medical
