Job Description Our Customer Relationship Advocate role is a
springboard to an amazing career in which you change the lives of

role your training and onboarding provides an opportunity to learn
about Fidelity and build skills, experiences, and connections that
will help advance your career. You'll help customers feel more
confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve their own financial
dreams . You will assist our clients with a broad range of needs
including answering questions about account balances, making
withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing
trades for a variety of securities. How it works --- You will join
a cohort of associates that is supported by a group of leaders,
coaches, mentors, and peers. During the first four months , spend
time onboarding, training, and preparing to become a FINRA
(Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative
(acquire your Series 7 and 63 license, fully paid and sponsored by
Fidelity). Begin to put your skills and newly acquired licenses to
use as you start to take calls from our clients. In the subsequent
months , continue taking customer calls with added complexities to
develop and hone your skills. There will also be dedicated time to
join team activities, get well-being support, and career coaching
as we focus on helping you begin charting your career path. As you
gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers, you will
get more variety in your work week by spending time building
advanced skills aligned with the next role that interests you.

Service Representative, you play a critical role educating our
customers and ensuring they have an excellent experience. This
full-time hourly position answering phone calls offers the
opportunity to work extra hours based on the business needs and
your availability. The Skills You Bring Ability to establish

(i.e., working from home, overtime, etc.) Handle different types of
situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable

industry-leading development program that will fully prepare you to
engage with customers while taking the SIE, Series 7 Top Off and
Series 63 exams A desire for continual learning and dedication to
study and apply new concepts, learning quickly and retaining
information to assist with decision-making The Value You Deliver
Demonstrate empathy and passion for helping people, ensuring an
excellent customer experience: Service varied customer needs,
including balance inquiries, money movement, trading, and more
Answer questions and provide resources to deepen understanding and
build confidence Certifications: You will be given paid time and
support to obtain Series 07 --- FINRA, Series 63 --- FINRA Learn
