This role will support the bank's Branch, Call Center, and Corporate Systems business lines and associated systems. The Team Manager responsibilities include: development, support, and security of mission critical applications; partner and technology consultant to key business line owners, and supporting IT associates; and leadership of a team of developers and analyst. Finally, this role requires a strong understanding of application development, and a strong general understanding of server support, data management, network support, and information security. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in applications development or applications analysis, with 3 years management responsibility or 3 years FCB IT experience. -Or- High school diploma or GED with a minimum 12 years of experience in applications development or applications analysis, with 3 years management responsibility or 3 years FCB IT experience. Additional Requirements: Application development/administration in Banking/FI (highly preferred, similar industries will also be considered). Demonstrated leadership over mission critical applications with 24x7/365 support. Should include crisis leadership during application failures and regular maintenance and currency of applications. Strong experience working with Microsoft technologies (.Net, Server, SQL Server). Managing and initiating vendor relationships, including contracts, maintenance, and performance management. History of continuous improvement as it relates to both operational and project delivery. Identify, refine and promote best practices in terms of document templates, processes and knowledge sharing. Leadership, management, and development of a team of 8+ individuals. To include career development, feedback, recruiting, hiring, and performance management. Understanding of business processes, requirements, and drivers to help ensure solutions meet business needs. Act as a technical consultant to business partners. Oversight of multiple, simultaneous projects and operational enhancement initiatives providing cross functional team leadership. Supplements project manager (PM) role on projects or acts as PM on operational enhancement initiatives. In many cases act as the IT Lead/IT Project Sponsor. Accountability for planning and organizing resources, work, and finances to ensure successful and on-time delivery of operational and project commitments. Excellent communications skills (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Wires, Foreign Exchange, and Payments.
