Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse

preferred Must-Have: - Scrub and circulate experience Description:
RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in cancellation.
10-hour days, Monday through Friday, from 06:30 to 17:00. On-call:
10 days per month, including one weekend per month. Orientation
consists of 36 hours. Unit provides scrubs. Unit Details: Three
operating rooms serving adult and geriatric patients, ages 20 to
90. Common procedures include aortic and mitral valve surgeries,
ASD and VSD repairs, redo surgeries, esophagogastrectomies, and
CABGs. Other procedures involve VATS, thoracotomies,
mediastinoscopies, mitral clips, TAVRs, ascending aortic aneurysm
repairs, groin explorations, port-a-cath placements, robotic
thoracic surgery, carotid endarterectomies, IABP insertion and
removal, myxoma removal, pneumonectomies, and tracheostomies.
Scrubbing is required for this position. Candidate must be
comfortable floating to other units based on skill sets and census.
Travelers cannot work more than five consecutive days or more than
60 hours in a week. Pending references at the time of submission
are acceptable. Two manager or supervisor references from within
the past 12 months are highly preferred at the time of submission.
Candidates must select either a travel Per Diem or a travel
contract position. The candidate's permanent address under 50 miles
will be offered at a lower local rate. RTO must be auto-approved
for seven days or less, provided it does not fall on a holiday.
Candidates must work two out of three major holidays. No RTO is
allowed during the first week of a traveler's assignment.
Candidates may float within the facility or to nearby affiliated
facilities. Candidates must disclose if they are part of a travel
