Occupational Therapist Location: Pink Hill, NC Agency: Jackson Therapy Partners Pay: $2,050 to $2,250 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with a reputable agency. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients of all ages to help them develop, regain, or maintain daily living skills while working in Pink Hill, NC. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina required to start the assignment. Proof of current CPR certification required. Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance required due to travel between patient homes. Minimum two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required. Ability to perform clinical assessments, prepare and revise Plans of Care, and document progress notes and phone orders as required for home health documentation. Experience evaluating and treating patients with physical, psycho-social, and cognitive impairments, including fabrication/maintenance of adaptive equipment and hand splints, required. Ability to follow infection control and universal precautions and to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Ability to perform physical demands of the role including heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking. Preferred: Previous home health experience. Preferred: Experience with patient education for adaptive equipment and environmental modification recommendations. Assignment Details Facility type: Home Health. Shift name: Days. Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Assignment type: Travel / temporary contractor assignment running approximately March 30, 2026 to June 28, 2026. Must be able to travel locally between patient homes and provide flexible scheduling as needed.
