Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Acute Care Rehab/n/n Location/n City, State /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:30). Every third weekend and holidays as needed. /n/nJob Description/n We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Acute Care Rehab department. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from strokes, aneurysms, post-operative surgical procedures, and neurological diagnoses. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Patient care for adults and geriatrics with rehabilitation needs. /n - Assess vital signs, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and temperature. /n - Perform dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. /n - Conduct telephonic triage and process pharmacy calls and refill requests. /n - Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation. /n - Assume a patient ratio of 1:6. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 1 year of acute care rehab experience preferred. /n - Must possess a current BLS certification. /n - EPIC charting system experience is required. /n - Pass a mandatory EKG exam as part of compliance prior to start. /n - Active nursing license is required for submission. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
