Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the sterile surgical field, collaborating closely with the surgical team. Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons promptly during procedures. Inspect, clean, decontaminate, and perform minor repairs on surgical equipment while maintaining inventory accuracy. Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care, including skin preparation, patient transport, and dressing applications. Qualifications and Experience: NBSTSA certification (required; attach with application). Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (attach with application). Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in a hospital environment. Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced surgical settings.
