a leading specialty clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive,

support patients throughout every phase of the transplant
journey—from evaluation and pre-transplant preparation to

Manning Dr, Chapell Hill, NC 27514 Monday-Friday 8a-5p No weekends
No holidays Commitment incentive : $7,500 will be paid over a
three-year period in three (3) equal installments (12 months, 24
months, and 36 months. Payment will be treated as taxable income
and directly deposited in your paycheck. Position Summary: The
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) will provide high-quality
clinical and administrative support to transplant patients and the
multidisciplinary transplant team. This role requires compassion,
strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a
fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional patient care. Key
Responsibilities: Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and
preparation for clinic visits. Coordinate clinic floe with the
direction of the clinic nurse Maintain accurate and timely
documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Facilitate
communication between patients, families, and the transplant team.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and
regulatory requirements. Manage inventory of clinical supplies and
assist with medication reconciliation. Participate in quality
improvement initiatives and team meetings. Qualifications: Current
certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) through an accredited
program. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Minimum 1
year of clinical experience; transplant or specialty care
experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses,
social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Core
