environments. Your Impact - Provide direct patient care including
assessments, monitoring, and documentation - Review clinical data
and evaluate patient symptoms and progress - Develop and implement
nursing care plans within state scope of practice and provider
orders - Administer medications in accordance with nursing
standards and correctional guidelines - Coordinate care with
providers and support continuity of treatment plans - Respond to
medical concerns and emergencies using sound clinical judgment -
Perform physical assessments and maintain accurate medical
records
