HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment and promptly report abnormalities. - Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols. - Provide care for patients with conditions such as cardiac disorders, respiratory issues, post-operative recovery, diabetes, and infections. - Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, neurological status, and cardiac monitoring. - Respond to patient emergencies and participate in rapid response or code situations when necessary. - Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
