qualifications will not be considered. Deliver expert nursing care
in a dynamic hospital setting with a focus on medical-surgical
oncology. This role supports patient well-being through
comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
of individualized care plans in collaboration with
interdisciplinary teams. The position reports directly to the Nurse
Manager/Director and offers valuable opportunities for professional
growth and involvement in performance improvement initiatives. Key
Responsibilities: - Provide skilled clinical nursing care to
patients with complex oncology needs, integrating physical,
psychosocial, educational, and safety considerations. - Assess
patient and family readiness to learn, utilizing appropriate
teaching materials and strategies tailored to developmental and
cultural factors. - Collaborate on developing, implementing, and
revising patient care plans to achieve expected outcomes. - Perform
bedside point-of-care testing and use healthcare policies and
procedures to guide safe, effective care. - Actively participate in
interdisciplinary discussions, ensuring continuity and coordination
of care. - Engage in professional development, goal setting, and
contribute to unit performance improvement. - Promote a safe,
clean, and secure environment while adhering to regulatory and
public health guidelines. Qualifications and Desired Experience: -
Registered Nurse (RN) license with expertise in medical-surgical
(MS) oncology nursing. - Ability to manage complex patient
situations, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively across
teams. - Demonstrated commitment to patient education and
culturally competent care. - Willingness to participate in ongoing
education and quality improvement activities. - Strong critical
