As one of the few remaining independent hospitals in the state, SampsonRMC gives physicians the opportunity to practice medicine with true clinical autonomy in a supportive, patient-centered environment. This position is ideal for a confident, team-oriented physician who thrives in a solo-provider model and takes pride in delivering high-quality, compassionate emergency care. We offer flexible scheduling , including the option for nights-only or mixed day/night shifts , with a manageable monthly workload that supports an excellent work-life balance.
