Job Description Job Description Salary: Starting at $70,000 We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, particularly children, who have developmental disabilities and require behavioral therapy interventions. Monthly bonus opportunities as well as relocation assistance are available. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Implement behavioral therapy interventions tailored to each individual's needs Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication and documentation Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with individuals, especially children, with developmental disabilities Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices - Excellent knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques Ability to maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation Benefits: Continuing education credits Dental insurance Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Compensation Package: Monthly bonus opportunities Performance bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday
