Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing
in orthopedics. The role involves working in a 29-bed unit that
provides care to adult and geriatric orthopedic patients, as well
as medical-surgical patients. Telemetry monitoring is available in
the unit. Patient populations include those who have undergone
total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and kyphoplasties. The
unit also accommodates patients needing pre- and post-operative
care for other surgical procedures. All RNs are required to pass a
EKG exam regardless of their specialty. Candidates must be flexible
with scheduling and adhere to attendance policies. Patients will
receive physical therapy on the unit through dedicated facilities.
This role may require floating to other units as needed. Every
other weekend coverage is expected. Candidates should be prepared
for compliance requirements prior to starting. Requirements
