Schedule Night shift, 3x12-hour (19:00 - 07:30) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting. The RN will monitor patients remotely and on the unit for various health conditions, particularly in a stroke and neuro patient population. The role requires a strong background in telemetry, IV management, and telemetry remote monitoring experience. Responsibilities Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry data, ensuring accuracy and timely intervention. Manage blood products and administer medications as per the established protocols. Provide care for patients with feeding tubes and central lines, ensuring proper management and maintenance. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Adhere to isolation precautions and maintain infection control standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably with telemetry experience. BLS and NIH certifications required. Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. Valid nursing license in hand is required at the time of submission.
