As part of our team, you will provide primary and urgent care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting, working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Conduct physical exams, diagnose illnesses, and manage both acute and chronic conditions. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations, wound care, and wellness screenings. Educate patients and families on medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive health practices. Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and progress in the electronic medical record (EMR). Requirements: Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license. Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Jacksonville, NC before starting. Commitment to a 40-hour workweek. Experience in primary care or urgent care preferred.
