You'll ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and be pivotal in achieving clinical, service, and operational goals./nKey responsibilities include overseeing department operations, training and supervising staff, maintaining MRI equipment, and ensuring patient safety. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts, with occasional weekend work for emergent coverage./nIdeal candidates should have a passion for developing protocols, strategic planning, coordinating seamless care across departments, and participating in research studies to enhance patient experiences.
