TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified MD/DO to join a well-established primary care practice in Windsor, NC. This opportunity offers a balanced patient load, supportive environment, and a stable schedule with limited extended hours. Position Details Job Type: Permanent, Outpatient Family Practice Schedule: Monday Wednesday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM (or 11:00 AM 7:30 PM once per month) Friday: 9:00 AM 12:30 PM 30-minute lunch breaks Volume: Average 15 patients/day Age Range: All ages (primarily adults; must be comfortable treating children ages 2) Support: Additional practitioners onsite Technology: EMR Epic; CLIA-waived lab on site; off-site X-ray Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice MD/DO Prior credentialing with NC payers required: BCBS, Medicaid, and Medicare Experience treating ages 2 (no newborns) Strong team collaboration and patient-centered approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Supportive clinical environment Work-life balance with half-day Fridays and minimal late shifts About TinkBird is a comprehensive healthcare recruiting and job placement firm for locum tenens, and permanent medical placements.
