Forensic/Autopsy Pathologist Position near BEULAVILLE, NC Job
Overview: A renowned healthcare organization near BEULAVILLE, NC is
currently seeking a highly qualified forensic/autopsy pathologist
for a permanent position. The ideal candidate must be board
certified in AP or AP/CP and is expected to obtain Forensic
Pathology board certification within one year of hire. Preference
will be given to candidates with extensive knowledge of principles,
practices, techniques, and advances in the field of forensic
pathology and medicolegal death investigation. Job Highlights:

in NC Established program with two forensic pathologists and one
pathologist assistant in the Eastern Regional Autopsy Center in
Greenville, North Carolina Eastern Regional Autopsy Center
completes 600 medical examiner autopsies and 300 external
examinations annually Center also serves as the autopsy service for
the teaching hospital for the Brody School of Medicine, by
completing 80-100 medical autopsies each year Assistant or
Associate Professor commensurate with qualifications Comprehensive

manner Provide expert witness testimony in court; consult with
prosecution and defense attorneys in preparation for court
proceedings Participation in the education of medical students,
