Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Winston Salem, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,970 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina, 27103! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Current nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS preferred Must-Have: - IV start and telemetry experience - Ability to float to similar units as needed - Comfortable working every other weekend Description: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite. Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly lead to a cancel. This is an overflow unit/ED holding. The unit will accept first-time travelers. Local candidates are accepted with a rate difference. Daily census is approximately 18 patients. Target patient ratios are 1:6-7. Patients may have general surgery and medical telemetry diagnoses. This unit supports various diagnoses requiring medical intervention or surgical procedures. The unit is designed to facilitate throughput from the emergency department.
