Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare seeks a dedicated and patient-focused Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. You
will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech,
language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and
swallowing disorders in patients. Working closely with patients
across a variety of age groups, you will develop customized
treatment plans that cater to individual needs, contributing to
Liberty Healthcares mission of enhancing the wellbeing of our
clients through innovative and quality-driven services. Evaluate
patient levels of speech, language, or swallowing difficulty and
identify treatment options. Create and administer individualized
treatment plans based on patient-specific needs. Educate family
members about various communication techniques to cope with
potential difficulties. Document and maintain patient records,
ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Stay
up-to-date with the latest therapies and technologies available for
treating speech and language disorders. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to plan and modify care instructions based
on evaluations and interaction with other healthcare professionals.

as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
