Job Description:

programs. As a Staff Development Coordinator (RN), you will play an
instrumental role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our
healthcare teams, aligning with our commitment to improving patient
wellbeing across our continuum of care services. This role focuses
on developing, implementing, and monitoring educational programs
that help our staff provide excellent patient care. Design,
facilitate, and evaluate professional development and continuing
education programs for nurses and other healthcare staff.
Collaborate with department heads to assess learning needs and
ensure that educational content meets the compliance standards and
operational goals. Organize and oversee the orientation of new
staff members, ensuring a thorough understanding of our healthcare
protocols and patient-centric service model. Maintain records of
educational activities, monitor their effectiveness, and implement
improvements as needed. Stay updated with advancements in
healthcare education and introduce innovative training tools and
methodologies. Advocate for and support the implementation of
evidence-based practice at all levels of patient care. Proficiency
in designing and leading training sessions Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Certification in
Nursing Professional Development (CNP) preferred
