Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or
Physician Assistant to join our diverse team, focused on providing
innovative healthcare solutions and comprehensive medical services.
This role involves working closely with our healthcare
professionals to deliver personalized, high-quality care to
patients across various settings within our network. The successful
candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing the wellbeing
of our clients by ensuring effective treatment plans and health
management strategies. Conduct initial patient screenings and
patient history reviews to assess healthcare needs and develop
appropriate treatment plans. Prescribe medications following the
organization’s protocols and state laws. Order, perform, and
interpret diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Provide educational and supportive counseling to patients and their
families regarding health conditions, preventive care, and
lifestyle choices. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and
other healthcare professionals to ensure coherent patient care.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and privacy laws. Strong clinical skills and knowledge
of healthcare protocols. Excellent diagnostic abilities. Proficient
in using medical software and electronic health record systems.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
effectively in a team and independently. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician
Assistant license. Certification from the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners or the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Assistants, as applicable.
