We are seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing team in fast-paced urgent care settings. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while working within a supportive environment that values clinical expertise and compassionate care. In this role, you will serve as the sole provider at our urgent care centers, delivering urgent medical services to adult and pediatric patients (6 months and up). Your expertise will be critical in managing a diverse patient population and performing minor procedures such as I&D, laceration repair, and ear irrigation. You will have the autonomy to treat all cases within your scope, collaborate with support staff, and utilize Epic EMR for charting—all while delivering exceptional patient care. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 months clinical experience in urgent care, emergency, or family medicine Board certification (BC or NCCPA for PAs, Family NP Certification for NPs) Current BLS certification Proficiency with Epic EMR Ability to independently examine, diagnose, and treat patients across all age groups (6 months and older) Strong soft skills, including excellent communication and patient-centered care Valid PA certification or Nurse Practitioner license Nice to Have Skills Experience with procedures such as lancing, I&D, lac repairs Familiarity with off-site provider supervision and off-site clinical coordination Additional certifications in ACLS or PALS Preferred Education and Experience Master's Degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies At least 12 months of urgent care, emergency, or primary care experience Experience with Epic EMR and minor procedure capabilities Other Requirements Availability to work within a 65-mile radius of your residence across multiple locations Ability to participate in clinical interviews, EMR training, and onboarding prior to your first solo shift No travel reimbursements offered; mileage reimbursement provided Built on a foundation of comprehensive clinical excellence and compassionate service, this role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
