Maintain detailed patient records and adhere to all clinical protocols and safety standards. Offer emotional support and education to families during their NICU experience. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU clinical experience. Strong neonatal assessment and intervention skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills. Schedule: Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM.
