Coordinator or RN Medical Team Administrator Location: Franklin
County Jail – Louisburg, NC Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. –

and coordinate daily operations of the medical unit Provide
hands-on patient care while overseeing nursing workflows Support,
mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote teamwork and clinical
excellence Collaborate with providers to develop, implement, and
evaluate individualized care plans Advocate for patients while
maintaining ethical and professional nursing standards Ensure
accurate documentation and compliance with facility, state, and SHP
