Job Description:
Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty:
CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours
(19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year required License:
Required Certifications: BLS & ARRT CT required Must-Have:
Pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric experience required.
Neonates and infants experience preferred. Outpatient, inpatient,
emergency department, and intensive care unit experience required.
Neonatal intensive care unit and pediatric intensive care unit
experience preferred. PACS and contrast experience required.
Biopsies and IV starts experience preferred. EPIC experience
required. Description: This position requires a candidate to
possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the CT technologist
role. Candidates must have experience in working with pediatric,
adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. Knowledge and
experience with neonates and infants is preferred. Experience in
outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, and intensive care
unit settings is essential. Experience in neonatal intensive care
units and pediatric intensive care units is desirable. Candidates
should be familiar with PACS and contrast usage. Experience in
performing biopsies and starting IVs is preferred. All candidates
are required to pass an EKG exam as part of compliance. Preparation
for this requirement is crucial prior to consideration for the
position. Flexibility with scheduling is necessary, as there is a
strict policy regarding tardiness and unexcused absences.
Candidates must be compliant with all required documentation and
training. This role may involve floating to different campuses as
needed.
