We seek to provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with a wide variety of pulmonary disorders. The practice operates multiple PFT labs and outpatient clinics. Standard fiber optic bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasound and navigational bronchoscopy services are offered. The practice is highly respected in the community and enjoys an extensive referral network within primary and specialty practices in the UNC health system and beyond. The group works closely with oncology, thoracic surgery, and cardiology service lines within the healthcare system.---Asthma---Bronchiectasis---Chronic cough---Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)---CXR/CT abnormalities, such as nodules, masses, adenopathy, and unresolved infiltrate---Dyspnea (shortness of breath)---Lung malignancies---Pulmonary hypertension---Sarcoidosis and idiopathic interstitial pneumoniaQualifications and Required Skills---Graduated from an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy school---General Pulmonologist experience or training required---Board Certified or Board EligibleUNC Rex Hospital Founded in 1894, UNC REX Healthcare (a member of UNC Health Care) is a private, not-for-profit health care system that joined UNC Health Care in 2000.
