• #4 healthcare brand in the U.S.Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their department of interest . As a Permanent Inpatient Registered Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional patient care to those in need.Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate interventions
  • Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
  • Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and trainingQualifications:
    • Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the department you are seeking to work in. (ex. ED, ICU, Peds, PCU, etc.!)
    • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
