Nurse Practitioner - General Practice

Job Description:

Dates: Start as soon as credentialed, ongoing for a minimum of 3 months w/strong possibility to extend
Schedule : Full Time M-F, 40 hours, 8-5, but hours are flexible
Procedures: Comfortable working autonomously with remote physician back up seeing an average of 20-25 family medicine patients daily, both new and established. X-ray and CLIA waived testing available on site. Blood work is send out via Lab Corp
Requirements: Active NC License, BLS, and DEA. Must complete HERO training and pass background check.
COVID Vax required
