BAYADA Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, (RN) for an on-call position with our Raleigh/Durham Senior Living office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis within senior living communities throughout Wake and Durham counties. On-Call schedule is Monday-Friday from 5pm to 8:30am, for phone triage and after hour visits as needed. Offering weekly salary and additional visit rate for any visits you complete.   • Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories after business hours and during the weekend days and evenings.
  • Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
  • Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
  • Performing client assessments as necessary.Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
    • A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
    • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
    • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
    • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
