Lead change by constantly seeking creative solutions to improve quality and efficiency in the delivery of patient -Shift: Three, 12 hour shifts (36 hour per week) 5:30a-6pm -Minimum Qualifications - -EducationWork requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree. Incumbents in this job classification effective on or before 10/01/2015 who currently hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing or a Nursing Diploma may remain in this classification under a "grandfathered" status. Transferring to another job classification will require that all minimum qualifications of that job be met and will result in a loss of grandfathering status for this classification. -Experience -Requires four years of appropriate clinical experience to include at least one year as a Clinical Nurse II, Clinical Services Nurse II, or Ambulatory Care Nurse II at DUHS. External applicants may not be hired into this classification. In addition to the education and experience noted above, applicants must meet all requirements set forth by the Nursing Clinical Ladder Program for the level IV. -Degrees, Licensures, Certifications -Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
