A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems Helpdesk Representative.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist fellow Helpdesk Representatives
Answer email, chat, and phone tickets
Troubleshoot eLearning, computer, and web browsing issues

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Customer service representative experience
Demonstrated experience with one or more Learning Management Systems
Hardware troubleshooting skills
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
