Job Description:
Our manufacturing client is currently seeking a Maintenance
Manager for their manufacturing facility in TN.If this role sounds

package!Responsibilities:Reports directly to Plant ManagerSeeks to
drive Plant performance to greater productivity levelsDevelops
material labor cost standards and estimatesLead, coach, and manage
a team of 3 Maintenance SupervisorsOpen to first shift
(Monday-Friday)Assists in the development evaluation of Capital
projects and other cost improvement projectsEnsures workflow of
employees is proper and effectiveEnsures processes and procedures
are proper and effectiveProvides maintenance and upgrades of
production data systemsPerforms special projects/studies as
assignedQualifications:Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not a
requirement3+ years of work experience within food, beverage, or
any high speed/highly automated packaging/manufacturing
environmentDemonstrated application of various industrial
engineering techniquesStrong lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma
experiencePerform tasks with minimal supervision and capable of
handling/prioritizing several tasks at onceExtremely detail and
deadline orientedProven CapEx project management experience in a
manufacturing environmentProven maintenance and CMMS
experienceExcellent communication skills with ability to interact
positively with all team members
