    • Previous success in a sales role OR aptitude to excel in a sales environment
    • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed associates looking to apply their experience in new ways
    • Keen ability to present complex solutions or products to a sophisticated client base
    • Degree and/or other professional certifications, such as the CFP, are helpfulAssociates who have been in a planning & advice, engagement, or sales role for at least a one year may have higher likelihood of success in the FCI programThe -Skills -You Bring
