Provide oversight and be accountable for Datacenter and Capacitor
project portfolio, both on the get work and build work side and
ensure business needs are valid and correctly prioritize.--- Track
business performance and project progress and be responsible for
profit and losses of the projects.--- Oversee the whole project
management process for Data Center and Capacitors from approving
project deliverables to initiating project reviews and ensure risk
are continuously assessed and mitigated.--- Provide contract review
and coordination with legal department and executive management.---
Identify potential conflicts or issues and facilitate solutions to
meet client's needs.--- Recruit, train, and manage the team to
ensure business needs are met.--- Oversight and Collaboration
during the Preconstruction, Estimating, and proposal development
process for new and existing business opportunities.--- Build
strong relationship with other Operational Leaders of the USA Grid
Solutions team and foster effective teamwork between leadership and
staff.--- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including
the client, vendors, and subcontractors.--- Identify, assess, and
inform higher management of internal and external issues that
affect the business.--- Act as a spokesperson for the organization
in community and industry activities to enhance the Siemens Energy
community profile--- Ensure safety and quality are prioritized
throughout the business.--- Oversee that creating and sharing
project specific lessons learned and eliminating/reducing project
Non-Conformance Cost's.--- Ability to travel as business
requires.What You Bring--- Minimum of bachelor's degree Engineering
or Business--- Experience of at least 10+ years in Project
Management with 5 years in Transmission business--- 5+ years of
prior experience serving as Project Manager, Design Manager,
Director of Estimating, or Project Director of construction teams,
where responsibilities include construction, engineering,
estimating, contracts management, and client relations.---
Experience with setting up and executing self-perform work.---
Record of building and delivery of large programs--- Extensive
experience leading get work and build work teams for capital
projects.--- Experience managing EPC project valuing at $30M or
more, including ownership of operations, project administration,
client relations and all other scopes relative to large
construction projects.--- Applicants must be legally authorized for
employment in the United States without need for current or future
