Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager for Vulnerability
Infrastructure Analytics who will contribute toward the success of
our vulnerability and application security transformation journey.
Individual must be an independent, innovative, self-starting team
player and have ability to perform in a fast paced, deadline driven
environment. The candidate drives confident thought leadership and
product delivery within an agile software development lifecycle.
The product manager shall introduce, technology controls, and
integrations enabling reporting platforms increasing the efficacy
of vulnerability management identification.
Responsibilities:
Leading an analytics team in providing reports, and outputs from
the vulnerability identification scanning operations using multiple
technologies.
Defining a strategy for business and security practice rationale in
delivering innovation aligned with organization objectives
Leading optimal design adhering to architectural best practices;
considers scalability, reliability and performance of
systems/contexts affected when defining technical designs.
Providing feedback for engineering controls and process designs
keeping customer experience in the forefront.
Generating feedback regarding current state to address and generate
design considerations/improvements and craft innovative outcomes
and additional capabilities into iterative product improvement
process
Engaging stakeholders and engineering teams to build supporting
artifact, gain perspective, and identify opportunities that lead to
products that improve the vulnerability lifecycle
Accountable for ensuring all aspects of product development follow
compliance and security best practices.
Providing periodic results and roadmap forecast for product
enhancements
Participating and contributing in group thought leadership,
information exchanges, idea generation to provide positive business
outcomes
Contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration and
continuous improvement.
Reviewing critical tasks and ensuring that they are appropriately
prioritized and sized for incremental delivery. Anticipates and
communicates blockers and delays before they require
escalation.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent work
experience
Eight or more years of experience in information security
Two or more years of experience in IT infrastructure management,
application architecture, risk management, data architecture,
middleware technology, and IT operations and project
management---

Experience Should Include:
5+ years experience with industry platforms including cloud/native
vulnerability solutions
5+ years experience in vulnerability infrastructure technologies
development (Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, MS-Defender Suite, Inspector
(AWS))
3+ years experience integrating vulnerability scanning
extensibility features addressing telemetry, workflow,
productivity
2+ years experience in product management
2+ years experience with ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM)
2+ years experience with ServiceNow SecOps Vulnerability
Response
Experience with Agile development methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Evaluates current state and looks for opportunities to simplify
product and technical design
Ability to communicate processes and results with all parties
involved in the product team, including engineers, scrum master,
third party vendors, and organizational leadership
Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers,
customers and management
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
Vulnerability platform or technology certifications from industry
vendors
GIAC Enterprise Vulnerability assessor (GEVA)
Azure Security Engineer Associate
CompTIA PenTest+ Certified Implementation Specialist -
Vulnerability Response (CSI-VR)
Previous experience in Financial Services/Banking industry

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location,
which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ
based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank
offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and
recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and
pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay
Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00
