negotiations within the Commercial Legal Team. Draft, review, edit,
coordinate, and/or negotiate a wide range and number of agreements
(including, but not limited to: sale of goods and services,
procurement agreements, IT agreements,
non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, distribution agreements)
for the Company. Manage contract revisions and updates and ensure
compliance with corporate policy while assisting in resolving
day-to-day contract-related issues with internal and external
customers and vendors. Manage contract reviewers and administrators
and oversee contracts management database.RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft,
review, and edit domestic and international agreements for the sale
of goods and services, procurement agreements, IT agreements,
non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, distribution agreements.
Manage revision and negotiation of terms and conditions, while
minimizing risk and ensuring compliance with corporate policy and
acceptable risk profiles.Analyze complex indemnities, revenue
recognition, pricing, exposure and risk, and other contract law
concepts. Handle related internal discussions and external
negotiations.Provide equivalent support for other types of
contracts, including procurement, confidentiality/non-disclosure
agreements.Manage contract reviewers and administrators and oversee
administration of contracts management databaseAssist and provide
support in resolving day-to-day contract-related issues with both
external customers and internal sales and operations business
units.ROLE REQUIREMENTS:BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 9+
years relevant experience, preferably in a relevant position with
an international manufacturing company or EPC contractor.Fluency in
English. Other language skills a plus.Knowledge of contract
law.Thorough understanding of contract management and overall risk
assessment/mitigation strategies.Experience drafting, reviewing,
and negotiating domestic and international commercial
contracts.Motivated self-starter, but also a team-player. Ability
to work independently and proactively while also partnering with
and contributing to cross-functional teams in remote
locations.Maturity, integrity, and good judgment. Ability to apply
high level of discretion, solid judgment, and common sense in
complex and potentially ambiguous situations.Strong written and
oral communication skills. Able to work and communicate well with
others, both internal and external (customers, vendors) to the
organization. Understands the unique needs of different audiences.
