Job Description:
The primary goal of the Project Manager is to lead and ensure
specific projects related to operational excellence, within Merz
strategic areas of focus, Aesthetics and Neuroscience, are
implemented efficiently, successfully and within the agreed terms
of the project. This requires strong project management skills,
ensuring that timelines are established, and deliverables are met,
collecting data to analyze performance, and reporting on progress.
If the project is not being implemented to satisfaction, the
project manager must be able to identify issues in a timely manner
and work with leadership to correct or elevate as appropriate.
Job Evaluation
Consistently demonstrates exceptional project management skills,
leads by influence and practices excellent change management
skills. Drives resource planning activities to ensure outstanding
quality of services delivered on all projects, and effective
support of the organization's operational policies and procedures.
Participates and contributes as an active member of
interdepartmental and cross-functional Project Teams, as assigned,
in the execution of plans to meet short, medium and long-term
strategic project objectives. Supports all PMO activities to ensure
project administration tasks are completed in accordance with
guidelines and documentation requirements Prepare and/or edit
presentations and tables.
