Cisco's IoT Control Center Cloud Operations team offers a unique

Center organization, part of Cisco Networking. Cisco IoT Control
Center is the #1 market leading cellular connectivity management
platform. Our global organization is responsible for all
engineering and operational tasks of the Control Center product:
feature development, release, production operations, customer
support. Cisco's IoT organization is responsible for supporting
over 200 million connected devices every day. This team is charged
with driving the digital experience, infrastructure management and
automation strategies for the IoT portfolio of products.We work
with our customers, sales teams, designers, architects and
engineers to develop products that delight our customers and

challenges.What You'll DoAs the Delivery Manager of Product
Operations, you are a leader who combines detail-driven insight
into business process improvement with a practical "get it done"
work style. You drive initiatives with limited direction and
guidance and have a passion for finding ways to improve operations
in a dynamic environment. Exposure to large-scale cloud services,
managed services or information technology operations with industry
leading players and experience with cloud business models like
Software- and Other-as- a-Service products is
helpful.Responsibilities
Collaborate with peers to implement
and support solutions that meet or exceed our customers'
expectations and achieve our rigorous quality standards Evaluate
new technologies and help modernize our toolset Lead builds of
large-scale, globally redundant, multi-cloud environments Document
and provide cross training to peers for projects and products
Create scalable, repeatable, and optimized business processes to
support our product(s) Actively engage with executive staff and
various individual teams to drive revenue, customer satisfaction,
operational excellence, productivity, and margin improvements
Advocate for changes in processes to ensure that contribution
margins and profitability are maximized while meeting customer's
expectations Develop recommendations for new processes and
operational objectives, including building business cases for new
strategies and initiatives based on communications with business
leaders Take a lead role in large-scale initiatives and related
sub-projects, including development, coordination, and
implementation of key business processes, and measure customer and
organizational adoption and business value of those initiatives
Pro-actively identify areas for improvement and influence the
execution plan Create and execute analysis reporting for key
metrics, and present to key stakeholders and executive leadership
to facilitate decision-making Work to support build and governance
of our cloud platform in a method that is scalable, repeatable, and
standardized Develop communications framework and trust
relationships across all teams responsible for customer delivery -
from engineering to DevOpsMinimum Qualifications
Strong knowledge of both Agile and
traditional project management principles and practices and the
ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a
project and business environment Strong program management skills
including identification of key stakeholders, ability to achieve
agreement, development of sound action plans, consistent delivery
Excellent communication and influencing skills to negotiate with
multiple levels of management across the organization and outside
vendors Experience in datacenter, cloud, virtualization and
containers Solid understanding of business strategy and key
initiatives Strong leadership skills, ability to lead influence
without direct authority A good team player ambitious and eager to
excel and grow while maintaining high ethical standards and respect
for colleagues Capability to work well within a globally
distributed network of colleagues to solve problems quickly Ability
to manage multiple engagements with various teams Ability to bring
structure to problems effectively and drive to practical solutions
Maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of all
interdependencies between business processes Travel may be required
but not to exceed 25% and could be domestic and
internationalPreferred
Experience with Jira and Confluence
