Job Description Revcast empowers modern Revenue leaders to
efficiently plan, manage and optimize sales capacity in real-time,
so who better to ensure that our early customers are successful in
leveraging the Revcast solution then a RevOps practitioner? This is
an exciting role for an experienced RevOps operator that desires a
new challenge to expand their domain expertise. As the Lead
CSM-RevOps you will work closely with our CEO and VP of Strategy to
build out our customer onboarding and success programs and
infrastructure, work with customers during sales cycles and guide
them during onboarding and through success. You will be advising
them on sales planning and capacity management best practices,
driving engagement with the Revcast solution and ensuring that they
are achieving their goals and delighted with the experience! We are
looking for a company builder and this role will report to the VP
of Strategy. Responsibilities * Define and build out Revcast's
customer onboarding and success methodology and processes including
documentation, templates, guides, communication, tools, success
criteria and tracking in a efficient and scalable manner * Act as
the Beta Program Manager onboarding and driving success for
Revcast's current beta customers * Be a trusted resource,
leveraging your RevOps experience, providing business insights and
advice around the areas of sales capacity planning, hiring and
forecasting during the sales cycle, onboarding and success. *
Deliver on Revcast's managed service offering, for customers that
opt-in for this service, providing RevOps expertise in sales
capacity hiring, planning and forecasting * Participate on thought
leadership projects with marketing to help drive awareness about
Revcast and the value we bring to our customers * Collaborate and
provide feedback across Revcast to help drive the product direction
and roadmap and best serve our customers * Bring your experience to
the table internally to improve our own RevOps stack and processes
Requirements * 3+ years experience in RevOps, preferably sales
planning * Experience with customer delivery and onboarding in a
bonus * Strong analytic skills and comfort level working with
numbers, data and KPIs * Strong organizational and project
management skills * Excellent communication, written and verbal,
and leadership skills and ability to effectively drive projects
with cross-functional teams * Early-stage startup and/or B2B SaaS
