  Qualification/Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
    
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program -
    
  • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year of recent experience in a supervisory role in a nursing care facility
    
  • Organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility
    
  • Work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

    • Shifts Needed: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5pm)/ on call every other week
