YOUR ROLE
EnactMI has a great career opportunity for a Director of
Integrations & Front Office Support to join our growing team. As
Director of Integrations & Front Office Support, you will report to
the CTO and are directly responsible for the strategic and
day-to-day operations of our Integrations Product team supporting
both the Front & Back Office for EnactMI. You are central to the
modernization, development, and maintenance of our Integration
solutions to meet our internal and external customer needs. You'll
have the opportunity to partner cross-functionally with our
Customer Solutions group and help influence decisions about
strategy and technology roadmaps that will enhance and sustain our
growing Integrations platform. Your strong interpersonal and
leadership skills will ensure that we have the right people in the
right roles to ensure success. You'll lead, coach, and mentor a
talented team of information technology professionals and ensure
that the team has the right tools and processes to work effectively
and efficiently as a product team along with the appropriate key
performance indicators (KPIs) to accurately monitor
performance.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Provide leadership and direction to Integration Product Team &
Front Office Business Analysts who support our underwriting, B2B,
and consumer websites. Strong background in API & B2B integrations
and large-scale software development is a plus
--- Provide leadership to Business Analysts to understand and
translate business requirements/problems/opportunities into
functional system requirements, identify probable root causes for
issues, and propose possible solutions that balance cost with
business benefits
--- Provide leadership to ensure all processes around project
requirements, change controls, tracking, traceability, etc. are
efficient and agile
--- Primary relationship manager and partner to Customer Solutions
organization to help identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver
Integration technology initiatives that enable business goals and
objectives
--- Partner with Customer Solutions group as the key Technical
Liaison with vendors and customer in assessing B2B integration
solutions
--- Partner with EPMO to ensure timely and complete delivery of
Integrations program and major new Front Office technology
platforms, features, and enhancements
--- Subject matter expert for business customers, vendors, and
technical resources; maintain awareness of business process and
technology solution best practices within specific business
segments
--- Demonstrated ability to build teams, develop talent, lead by
example, and have passion and discipline on operational
excellence
--- Stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in API and B2B
integration technologies and recommend relevant solutions to senior
management
--- Strive for continuous improvement of IT department
processes
--- Manage the software development processes both internally with
the IT team and externally with internal and external
stakeholders
--- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize competing needs,
applying the team's capacity to the most important projects that
uphold regulatory compliance, organizational growth and
sustainability
--- Institute compelling performance measurements that continually
drive transparency, improved performance, and deadline
achievement
--- Estimate work effort from Project Management plans and
requirements, establish deadlines, monitor milestone completion,
and ensure all phases of the project/product lifecycle are
accurately tracked
--- Allocate and balance resources across a portfolio of active and
planned projects --- Design templates, tools, and metrics to
continuously measure and improve processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
--- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer
Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study
--- 7+ years of software development experience
--- 5+ years leading or managing a product, development, or
business analyst team --- Prior experience working with B2B
integrations
--- Commitment to continuous learning both for yourself and your
team
--- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully communicate and
collaborate with users, other technical teams, and senior
management to collect requirements, describe software features,
explain technical designs, and articulate technical strategies
--- Significant Experience with Agile development methodologies
--- Experience managing remote and offshore/nearshore staff
--- Experience presenting and interacting with C-Suite
executives
--- Ability to interact and influence comfortably at all levels
within the organization, customs, and vendors
--- Strong understanding of Cloud and API based architectures
--- Ability to deal well with ambiguity and fast-paced change
--- Occasional travel to industry conferences and standards working
groups
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
--- Experience within the mortgage industry and/or mortgage
insurance industry
--- Deep understanding of MISMO data standards
--- Experience with various LOS technologies
--- Previous experience managing business analysts
