establishment and maintenance of marketing strategies to meet
objectives. Effective project management of the marketing,
advertising and promotional activities of the
organization.Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional
projects that meet business objectives such as lead generation,
lead engagement and enhancing the customer experience.
- Lead project management branding campaigns to include naming,
logo, colors, positioning statement, collateral creation.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for
existing communities and future development deals
- Analyze customer research, current market conditions and
competitor information
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and
projects
- Host monthly, bi-weekly or weekly calls with community teams to
assist in achieving business objectives
- Assist with development of resident engagement ideas and
outreach
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and
results
- Provide input into the marketing budget and help deliver plans
within agreed budget
- Liaison for Bell with advertising and marketing vendors
- Support a portfolio of communities
- Complete marketing help desk tickets
- Assist with Business Development pitches when neededAdditional

- Comfort in Learning and Using Digital ToolsEducation and
Background
- Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional
qualification
- 3+ years related experience
- Technical marketing skills
- Proven experience in customer and market research
- Relevant product and industry knowledge
- Experience with relevant marketing and industry software
applications - Adobe Suite, Social Media, Yardi experience
preferred.
- Experience in video creation and editing is a plus
