Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing sales results and
leading the sales team within the established territory to achieve
sales growth across channels within the region.
- Responsible for partnering with Vice President, Salons to
execute field sales strategy for Aveda North America
- Deliver exceptional results against sales targets, NOP targets
and manage P&L for established territory
- Analyze and understand in detail the "why" behind the results
and formulate action plans on how to accelerate
- Develop collaborative business relationships with existing
customers and potential business partners and act as key negotiator
and communicator for territory
- Review and execute accountability standards and benchmarks for
territory sales team
- Deliver timely and accurate forecasting for established
territory
- Grow the business strategically by leading the team to open
sustainable new business doors
- Identify and implement innovative best practices for the
field
- Attract and develop top talent with demonstrated sales
capabilities to ensure sales objectives are achieved
- Represent Aveda's Mission and brand identity to the Aveda
networkQUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated success as a leader within a multi-channel field
sales environment
- Strong leadership skills including strategic planning and an
entrepreneurial business approach
- An entrepreneurial spirit including the ability to make
decisions as if the business were one's own
- Exceptional communication, leadership and organizational
skills
- Ability to align and engage team and network in growth
strategies
- Ability to think strategically and create strong growth and
recovery plans
- Ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of the
business
- Strong financial acumen including the ability to create,
understand and analyze financial and sales reports
- Strong presentation skills including the ability to present to
large audiences
- Must possess a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle
insurance
- Ability to travel, lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and to
