Ivy Healthcare - Ivy Healthcare is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance. Your position manages the facility quality and performance improvement (QAPI) programs, including outcomes analysis. Promotes performance improvement staff education and development. The director is responsible for implementation of all aspects of the Quality Management Program including identification of opportunities to improve patient care, planning and facilitating interventions, evaluation and sustaining of success, teaching performance improvement methods, strategies, and leadership in QAPI and Survey readiness. You will also take on the role of the company's compliance officer.Job Priorities:Survey Preparation throughout the entire organizationQuality Measures - Develop and implement plans to ensure that facilities have pathways to reach their quality measure goalsConsistent Auditing - you will be responsible for remote audits and facility audits Survey Management/Education Responsible to drive strategies that improve the overall organization outcomes.Ensure facilities are consistently in complianceYou will be expected to travel approximately 70% of the time for this position. Facilities are located in the Carolinas, Montana, Iowa and Florida.Qualifications/Education:Minimum 10 Years' experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care Previous experience in a nursing and/or administration leadership roleKnowledge of State and Federal regulations. RN Preferred Flexible/Adaptable to a changing healthcare environmentLeader with ability to focus and develop teamsAbility to develop metrics and exceed goals with deliberate, quantifiable plans
