Since 1988, the team at MTS Services has been working closely with
customers to provide quality network cable installations and
support information communication technology (ICT). ICT cover the
spectrum of voice and data technologies. We embrace a collaborative
process as we ask questions, listen, and deliver proven
solutions.
Through our locations in New England and the Carolinas we service a
wide range of industries, including healthcare, corporate,
education, high tech, data centers, federal and military, and
warehouse and industrial. MTS Services projects include new
construction, fit ups, and network infrastructure and technology
upgrades. We also perform work in numerous other states across the
U.S. for our multi-location clients.

Role
The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new
business opportunities, cultivate strategic alliances, generate
company awareness, and promote interest in our services in the NC
area for our Wilmington and Morrisville locations. This individual
provides a clear and compelling explanation of our professional
services and resources to prospective customers. This is a base
salary and bonus position with no quota or commission and will
report directly to the company President.
Responsibilities
- Utilize sales f orce for tracking projects, prospects and email
campaigns
- Schedule appropriate reminders for follow up
- Maintain current information
- Ensure that all client pre-qualifications are completed
- Provide bi-weekly pipeline reports
Goal
- Expand customer base
- Position MTS Services to be included in new bid opportunities
- Support existing client relationships
- Maintain strategic partnerships with distribution partners,
manufacturer reps, technology consultants, system integrators and
MSPs, general and electrical contractors, property management
companies
Requirements:
- 3+ Years relevant business development experience, IT related
experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Self-starter
- Salesforce - proficient
- Outstanding relationship skills
- Team player who understands success is a TEAM goal
- Honest and loyal - to our organization, our customers, and our
business partners
