SummaryAs the Senior Project Manager on our Raleigh Civil Site Team, you will provide overall management direction for clients, projects, and production personnel. You will coordinate assignments of design and production personnel under your charge. Responsibilities include developing project scope, fees for services, negotiation of contracts for agreements of engineering services, project budgeting and scheduling, and client communication or the overseeing of these tasks by appropriate staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for securing multidisciplinary services and necessary design assistance from other design groups within McGill. You will regularly interface with clients to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and to help identify and develop future business opportunities, including developing and delivering proposals and presentations.Projects will include site planning and design, grading plans, erosion control, site utilities, stormwater management, sidewalks, and streetscapes within the commercial, residential, and manufacturing industries for both public and private clients.Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of civil site design, with at least 3+ years of progressive management experience.
• NC PE license or the ability to obtain license with 6 months of hire.
